Fudgy Black Bean Brownies
With the taste of a classic brownie, without the classic ingredients, this healthy will leave even the biggest brownie lover bewildered over the ingredients (if you choose to reveal them).

Instructions
  1. Rinse the black beans well in cold water.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor (I prefer a blender for this recipe) and puree until smooth.
  3. Spread into 9x9 silicone baking pan, or mini-muffin tins.
  4. Bake on 350 degrees for 17 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool for 30 min before cutting into squares.
Cream Cheese Icing
  1. Mix cream cheese, honey and vanilla in a small bowl with a fork. Allow brownies to completely cool before Icing. Once iced, refridgerate for 10 minutes before cutting.
