Cinnamon & Flax Granola
With hints of cinnamon, vanilla, coconut and honey, this super simple yet yummy granola recipe will be a breakfast hit in your home! Serve with your homemade coconut milk, almond milk or yogurt for a satisfyingly, healthy meal.

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. It's best to use your hands for this so you can really work the coconut oil in.
  3. Spread evenly onto a cookie sheet, and bake for 10 minutes--trust me, not a minute more!
  4. Once cooked, allow the granola to cool. If using, stir in a couple tablespoons of the optional (yet recommended) ingredients before transfering to an air-tight container.
  5. Lasts up the 2 weeks.
Recipe Notes

If you'd like to keep this recipe raw, you can dehydrate instead of bake it.
