DIY Dish Soap
Do-It-Yourself, eco-friendly, non-toxic dish soap. This recipe is super easy and takes about 5 minutes to make.

  1. Combine all ingredients except boiling water.
  2. Add boiling water, and whisk to dissolve ingredients.
  3. Let the mixture sit overnight (or about 8 hours if you're doing this in the morning.) This with give it a chance to slightly congeal.
  4. Transfer to a soap pump or an old, dish soap squirt bottle, and use as you regularly would.
Recipe Notes

Note: If the temperature in your house drops pretty low at night, then the soap may congeal too much, and become a solid mass. If this happens, just put the soap pump in a bowl of warm warm water to "thaw" out. This won't happen in the summer, or in a consistently warm house.
